STORY SUITE
Our beloved 'Story Suite' has been affectionately named after the county we've called 'home' since coming to ISU in 2007. This large suite boasts a king-sized bed, sitting/living area, small dining area, kitchenette, and a beautiful bathroom. Note the small details that remain from Milford's Schoolhouse days...chalkboards, staircase railings, original wood floors, the school bell...as well as many unique design elements incorporated by the previous owners.
CALHOUN SUITE
Named in honor of the county one of us calls 'home,' the 'Calhoun Suite' was our second finished suite ready for guests! Two queen beds, a beautiful on-suite bathroom, and large living and eating spaces are ready to welcome you. Note the small details that remain from Milford's Schoolhouse days...chalkboards, staircase railings, original wood floors, the school bell...as well as many unique design elements incorporated by the previous owners.

THREE SUITES - ENTIRE FLOOR
Our second floor suites are available to book individually (see listings) or all in one...meaning room for large families, company outings, retreats, groups of friends, reunions, parties...the list goes on and on!
With the entire second floor booked, you'll have room to sleep up to 12 people comfortably; have access to a full kitchen + dining area; enjoy use of the game room, deck/balcony seating area; as well as our front porch/green space/pergola area.
